CIFA Jumps on First Aid Training

Recently, 13 participants, made up of CIFA Staff, CIFA Referees and Club Members completed an essential First Aid Training Course at the Cook Islands Red Cross.
This training aimed to equip the participants with vital skills and knowledge to respond effectively to medical emergencies on and off the field. Led by experienced instructors, the course covered a range of topics, including CPR techniques, wound management, and handling various injury scenarios that may arise during any sporting event.
The CIFA staff members engaged actively in hands-on exercises, ensuring they feel confident and prepared to provide immediate care when needed. This initiative reflects CIFA’s commitment to not only the well-being of its players but also to promoting a safer sporting environment in the Cook Islands.
