DECIVE GAME FOR NIKAO AND TUPAPA

Football hits round ten meaning that two thirds of the season are just about done. Kicking off the round are the junior divisions at 4:15pm today followed by the U17 men’s at 4:45pm. The juniors will certainly provide the excitement they always do while the U17 men’s bring on the heat. In the Junior division’s Matavera-Ngatangiia will go head to head with Avatiu, Tupapa Maraerenga will play Nikao Sokattak and Puaikura will face-off with Titikaveka.

In the U17 men’s division Tupapa and Nikao are set to play on CIFA’s field one in a decisive match for both teams, for Nikao it’s a must win to revive their hopes at a top placed finish while a loss for Tupapa could demolish their chances of taking the round cup. The U17 men’s division is a tight contest between Tupapa, Nikao and Puaikura and a loss or draw for either team could be the end of their round cup title campaign.

Also, in the U17 men’s division Matavera-Ngatangiia and Avatiu will play on field two. The two teams will be aiming to come away with a win over each other as both teams need a big confidence boost. Avatiu are still gunning for their first win in the U17 men’s division while Matavera need points to close the gap between them and Nikao.
