The juniors will hit the pitch again today to play their round eleven fixtures at the CIFA complex. Kicking off at 4:15pm, its expected that the U7, U9 & U11 mixed teams will bring an array of talent and excitement when they play and parents, family and friends are most welcome to come and support. Today Puaikura will play Matavera-Ngatangiia, Avatiu will go up against Nikao Sokattak and Tupapa will play Titikaveka.
Following the Juniors will be the Puaikura v Matavera-Ngatangiia U17 men’s match up. Puaikura are the current leaders of the U17 men’s table and are the favourites for this match, however, Matavera have been at the wheel of some major upsets before and will be aiming to bring the heat when the two sides meet today.
Puaikura are dangerous on attack and will need to use their lethal strikers Joseph Tuaputa and Maeva Robati to have high hopes at a win while Matavera will likely use their skillful midfielders to create goal scoring opportunities for their side to have good chance at picking up three points.
