Expression of Interest (EOI) for Project Manager Tupapa Maraerenga Sports Association (TMSA) Sports Facility Project
The Cook Islands Football Association is looking for a Project Manager/Consultant to assist in the design, construction and supervision of the proposed Tupapa Maraerenga Sports Association (TMSA) Sports Facility in Tupapa, Rarotonga, Cook Islands.
Potential applicants must have:
• Proven design, project management and implementation experience within the Cook Islands
• Experience in delivering projects within given budget and timeframes
• Strong communication, report writing and interpersonal skills;
• Competent in both Cook Islands Maori and English.
