Pukapuka Receives Equipment From CIFA

Niua School Students excited to use new football equipment.

As part of CIFAs ongoing development and promotion of football, we have sent several thousand dollars’ worth of equipment to several northern group islands. Pukapuka being one of the many northern islands to receive equipment, had been shipped a range of football and refereeing equipment, which included a 5-a-side goal posts, goal nets, both size 4 and 5 footballs, a set of cones, ball pumps and referee whistles, which had touched Pukapukas harbor two weeks ago.

All equipment was sent in to the Pukapuka Football Association, and received by newly appointed President Manako Amosa and his team. We are confident that the newly formed football committee on the island will put this to good use, for the development of football in the schools and community.
