Playing today at 5pm will be the Tupapa and Titikaveka senior women. Tupapa Maraerenga are sitting atop the women’s points table and are yet to be defeated. However, “this game is treated like any other” said the Tupapa women’s coach Tupou Brogan.
The Titikaveka women on the other hand haven’t had the best start to their season and will be fighting for a win today when they face Tupapa. They currently are sitting third on the table and will need to win to set their 2019 round cup campaign back on track.
In tomorrow’s premier men’s match between Tupapa and Titikaveka, Tupapa will be eyeing that top spot tomorrow when they play Titikaveka and will be hunting a win to take the lead in the men’s round cup competition.
Titikaveka have sat at the top of the table for a few rounds now and are set to play Tupapa tomorrow at 5pm. Titikaveka are currently undefeated and will be a challenge for the Tupapa men to overcome. Defeating the 2018 champions a second time will send a message to the other teams in the competition meaning they mean business.
Also playing today and tomorrow at 4pm will be the U14 boys and U14 girls respectively.
