Just Play rewards Takitumu School students

Every two weeks, the Takitumu Primary School hold an assembly however the school is split into two groups the Junior student assembly and Senior student assembly where Michelle and Karen attended the Junior student assembly last Friday to presented the students with goodies for the efforts.
Since February the junior students have actively participated in the Just Play program while drinking water continually for better healthy living.
“It was good to see these younger students getting the opportunity to participate in this program as it is an important age for their physical development and it was exciting to watch the improvement in their co-ordination and motor skills over the weeks,” says Michelle.
Michelle presented bright yellow ‘star’ certificates for their efforts while Karen presented tooth brushes and paste to each student at the assembly.
“We have and will always encourage youngsters to be active and always drink water to help improve their lifestyles.”
Michelle would like to thank the Principal and staff of Takitumu School for their continued support and effort in the Just Play program.
This program has been developed by the OFC social responsibility and technical department and is led by OFC Head of Social Responsibility Franck Castillo.
