School holiday FUN soccer

The CIFA technical staff along with the Just Play program will put metal to the petal and get keen youngsters kicking, dribbling, passing but most of all enjoying their time with soccer.
“We are looking forward to hosting the youngsters to a two hour of fun soccer games and activities,” says Tahiri Elikana, CIFA’s development officer.
“Kids, put your favorite soccer player jersey on or team jersey and be ready for some challenges of small sided games with your friends.”
Cook Islands Football recently completed a six week come and play program which is aimed at encouraging children to play soccer, physical activity, and encourage technical development and enjoyment of the sport. Also joining in the soccer action, the just play program will provide the little ones with fun activities with rotational sessions so the junior footballers can have a feel of all the activities that will be provided.
Thursday’s school holiday program will be providing junior footballers the opportunity to play small sided games while showing their peers what they think soccer is all about for them, scoring goals and showcasing their fancy footwork.
A FREE bus pick-up and drop off will be available on Thursday for children to be picked up and dropped off your kids to the pick-up points provided and these are the points where they will be dropped off to too.
“So kids, come and have fun playing soccer with your friends and make new friends at the CIFA complex in Matavera on Thursday 1 August from 10am – 12pm. See you all there!!!.”
