Five Local Referees Awarded 2026 OFC Referee Badges

The Cook Islands Football Association (CIFA) congratulates five of its local referees who have officially received their 2026 Oceania Football Confederation (OFC) Referee Badges, recognising their continued commitment, professionalism, and dedication to football officiating.

The badges were presented by Head of Referee Development, Robert Savage, who acknowledged the hard work and perseverance each referee has shown throughout their officiating journey.

The five referees receiving their 2026 OFC Referee Badges are:

  • Penina Katuke (Referee)
  • Teupoko Tuariki (Assistant Referee)
  • Teretia Teinaki (Assistant Referee)
  • Marcus Gibbens (Referee)
  • Andrew Teena (Assistant Referee)

Receiving an OFC Referee Badge is an important achievement, signifying that these officials have met the standards required to represent the Cook Islands at the regional level and continue their development within the Oceania football community.
