This followed with a few unlucky attempts at goal and an awakening on the Raro side finally coming up to the challenge and responding with a goal by Moeroa Harmon to take the score up to 1-1.
Before the stroke of half time a long ball from a corner kick saw a well-connected header by Natalia Viking concede the second goal for the Raro side.
In the next half of the match some heated encounters came through with a few late tackles costing the game for a depleted Tokoroa side who gave away a penalty kick in the keeper’s box. This was successfully converted by Raro’s Ngametua Taringa to take the score up to 3-1.
The win was secured for the host side who managed to slip a low ball by Piri Murare through an unbalanced Tokoroa keeper finish the game at 4 goals to 1.
