CIFA Technical Director Vacancy

With the successful applicant, the candidate will have the ability to work well within a team and possess strong interpersonal and communication skills in order to manage various stakeholder groups.
Experience in management and coaching is essential as the new Technical Director will be responsible for implementing the national technical and development programmes for CIFA which will include organizing coaching courses here on Rarotonga and the Outer Islands, oversee elite football programs for different age groups for boys and girls.
Assist with the preparation of national teams for Oceania Football Confederation tournaments, coordinate club and outer islands director of coaches.
Coaching licences and qualification must be recognised by OFC or other Confederations/Member Associations (such as the AFC or FA Coaching Scheme).
The successful applicant will take on a leadership role in the area of grassroots, women’s football, coach education and elite player development.
